  3. After finalizing the price, type and area we will start a detailed research from MLS data, Foreclosures and other resources to find the top mathes that fits the criteria.
  4. Set-up appointments with the sellers or seller's brokers to show the top matching properties to the buyer.
  5. After a buyer finds a property, we "Nationwide Realty " will do the paperwork necessary to send the written offer (According to CT Law, all offers/contracts must be in writing to be enforcable) to seller/seller's broker and help in the process of negotiations

SELLERS:

  1. Perform a CMA (Comparable Market Anaylsis) to determine the best marketable price of the property.
  2. Suggestions and tips to the seller to increase the desirablility of the property.
  3. After property gets ready to be marketed and after deciding a price for the property with the seller, listing of property in MLS.
  4. Your property will be displayed in Realtor.com's enhanced listings with multiple pictures.
  5. Advertisement in local newspapers and over 100 Real Estate websites.
  6. Broker and Public open houses.
